Optix Optometry uses email, text message, phone call and post card reminders to help you maintain appointments and exam frequency.
Surveys
We love surveys and actually pay attention to them. Your responses let us know what we're doing right, and wrong. You will likely receive a survey invitation after each visit.
Annual exam recalls
Optix Optometry will remind you when you're due for your annual eye exam
Appointment reminders
You should receive a reminder two days prior to your exam. This gives you a day to call and reschedule your appointment if needed; You may also receive a reminder on Sunday if you have a Monday appointment just to help you remember.
